Privacy op havely.co en de wachtlijst

Laatst bijgewerkt: 19 oktober 2026. Deze verklaring gaat over deze website en de wachtlijst. Voor de Havely-app komt er bij de lancering een volledige privacyverklaring.

Wie we zijn

Havely is een product van Amersan (KVK 42013782), het bedrijf achter Maveon. Amersan is verantwoordelijk voor je gegevens. Vragen of verzoeken: info@amersan.co.

Wat we bewaren als je je inschrijft

Je e-mailadres
Je taal (Nederlands of Engels)
Waar je je inschreef (bijvoorbeeld bovenaan of onderaan de pagina, of een label in de link waarmee je kwam)
Welke tekst je zag bij het inschrijven, en wanneer je je inschreef en bevestigde

We bewaren geen IP-adres, naam of apparaatgegevens bij je inschrijving. Om misbruik tegen te gaan telt onze server kort hoe vaak een IP-adres het formulier gebruikt; dat gebeurt alleen in het geheugen en wordt niet opgeslagen.

Waarom

Om je te mailen over de lancering van Havely en je lanceringsaanbod. Niets anders. We doen dit alleen met je toestemming (AVG artikel 6 lid 1 sub a). Daarom vragen we je eerst je adres te bevestigen via een link in je mail: zo weten we dat jij het bent die zich inschreef.

Hoe lang

Niet bevestigd: we wissen je adres na 7 dagen.
Bevestigd: tot je je afmeldt, en uiterlijk 12 maanden na de lancering van Havely.

Met wie

We verkopen je gegevens niet en delen ze met niemand, behalve met de diensten die we nodig hebben om de wachtlijst te laten werken. Met al deze partijen hebben we een verwerkersovereenkomst:

Netlify host deze website. Om een pagina te tonen verwerkt Netlify technisch je IP-adres. Netlify is een Amerikaans bedrijf; de doorgifte naar de VS gebeurt op basis van de standaardcontractbepalingen van de EU in hun verwerkersovereenkomst.
Render host de servers en database van Amersan. Je inschrijving staat daar in een eigen Havely-tabel, los van de gegevens van andere Amersan-apps.
Resend verstuurt onze mails. Resend is een Amerikaans bedrijf; de doorgifte naar de VS gebeurt op basis van het EU-VS Data Privacy Framework.

Cookies en trackers

Deze site gebruikt geen cookies, geen analytics en geen trackers. De lettertypes staan op onze eigen server. Je browser onthoudt alleen je taalkeuze (in localStorage), en die verlaat je apparaat niet.

Je rechten

Afmelden en wissen: met de link onderaan elke mail. Je adres is dan meteen weg.
Inzage, correctie of verwijdering: mail info@amersan.co. We reageren binnen een paar werkdagen, en uiterlijk binnen een maand.
Klacht: je kunt een klacht indienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Who we are

Havely is a product of Amersan (Dutch Chamber of Commerce 42013782), the company behind Maveon. Amersan is responsible for your data. Questions or requests: info@amersan.co.

What we store when you sign up

Your email address
Your language (Dutch or English)
Where you signed up (for example the top or bottom of the page, or a label in the link you came from)
Which text you saw when signing up, and when you signed up and confirmed

We don't store an IP address, name or device details with your sign-up. To prevent abuse, our server briefly counts how often an IP address uses the form; this happens in memory only and is not stored.

Why

To email you about the launch of Havely and your launch offer. Nothing else. We only do this with your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). That's why we first ask you to confirm your address through a link in your email: that way we know it was you who signed up.

How long

Not confirmed: we delete your address after 7 days.
Confirmed: until you unsubscribe, and no later than 12 months after Havely launches.

Who else

We don't sell your data or share it with anyone, except the services we need to run the waitlist. We have a data processing agreement with each of them:

Netlify hosts this website. To show a page, Netlify technically processes your IP address. Netlify is a US company; transfers to the US are based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses in their data processing agreement.
Render hosts Amersan's servers and database. Your sign-up sits in a separate Havely table, apart from the data of other Amersan apps.
Resend sends our emails. Resend is a US company; transfers to the US are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Cookies and trackers

This site uses no cookies, no analytics and no trackers. The fonts are served from our own server. Your browser only remembers your language choice (in localStorage), and that never leaves your device.

Your rights

Unsubscribe and delete: with the link at the bottom of every email. Your address is gone right away.
Access, correction or deletion: email info@amersan.co. We reply within a few working days, and within one month at the latest.
Complaints: you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, or the authority in your own country.
